Library and search

  • Recursive scanning of a selected folder and its subfolders.
  • Folder tree, breadcrumbs, and grouping by each file’s real location.
  • Filename and tag search, favorites, history, and multiple sort criteria.
  • Required, any, and excluded tag filtering.

Thumbnails and controls

  • Matching movie.ext.jpg files with a fallback placeholder.
  • 4×4 sheets with 16 frames for one movie and batch filling of missing thumbnails.
  • Large preview, arrow-key navigation, Space, Enter, Escape, and double-click support.
  • Opening movies in the default player and revealing files in Finder.

Privacy and file safety

  • App Sandbox access limited to folders explicitly selected by the user.
  • Restoring the last library through a macOS security-scoped bookmark.
  • Filename tags with coordinated renaming of related frame-capture images.
  • Conflict checks prevent existing files from being overwritten during tag edits.
